A service-focused real estate salesperson, who has lived most of her life in Etobicoke, as well as in various communities in Mississauga, and who is committed to building honest, long-lasting client relationships….with you!
Following several years of living in the Caribbean and experiencing the international level of selling real estate for a high-profile developer, Sheila returned to her Toronto roots, where she has continued to expand her real estate career with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. Her on-going growth of client-relationships and sales achievements continues to be recognized as Sheila has been the proud recipient of the Royal LePage Master Sales Award (top 20%) in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 & 2010, and the President's Gold Sales Award (top 10%) in 2008, 2011 to 2014 & 2017 & 2018, the Award of Excellence in 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2018 (top 10% for 5 consecutive years), and the Director's Platinum Award (top 5%) for 2015 & 2016! (Note: awards based on gross commissions earned).
Sheila continues to enhance her professional development and level of expertise in the real estate industry by attending educational courses and seminars on a regular basis, and working in tandem with her extensive network of business professionals in the community, to better serve the individual needs of her clients. One very critical, yet often over-looked area that Sheila has become fully knowledgeable and experienced in is the very specific and special needs of Accessibility for the Physically Challenged.
Sheila has also earned the distinguished North American designation of 'Seniors Real Estate Specialist' (SRES), which has provided her with specialized training and knowledge to counsel and guide her 45+, 'Boomer', and 'Senior' clients, through major financial and lifestyle-changing decisions. Often these decisions involve down-sizing, relocation, refinancing, and/or selling of their family home, and Sheila is able to offer her clients the options and information needed to make good decisions about their home, both for now and as they 'age in place'. In order to help cover all potential areas of her clients' concerns, Sheila has invested time in building a network of such 'go to' professionals as Lawyers, Accountants, Investment Advisors, Estate Planners, Transitioning & Downsizing Experts, Moving Companies, and more, who all work together to help meet her clients' needs, and assist them in making educated and informed decisions.
On a more personal note, Sheila has always been a firm believer in giving back to the community. She is an active Volunteer with the Heart and Stroke Foundation as well as with the Canadian Cancer Society. Sheila also donates a portion of every commission she earns to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, supporting women's shelters and violence-prevention programs.
